Circuit Strength is a dynamic, full-body workout that combines resistance training with timed intervals to maximize results. You'll rotate through stations targeting different muscle groups using dumbbells, resistance loops, and bodyweight exercises. Each circuit is designed to challenge your strength, improve flexibility and balance.
