Town Beach Pass
Lancaster Town Beach Pass Information – Summer 2026
A valid beach pass is required for entry to Spectacle Pond Beach during operating hours. After purchasing a pass, a receipt will be automatically emailed to you.
Season Passes (5:00 AM – 8:00 PM)
- Season passes provide unlimited access to the beach during operating hours throughout the season.
- Season passes purchased on or after June 20, 2026, must be picked up at the beach.
- Please bring a copy of your purchase receipt (printed or electronic) when picking up your pass.
Early Morning Season Passes (5:00 AM – 10:00 AM)
- Early Morning Season Passes provide access to the beach daily from 5:00 AM to 10:00 AM throughout the season.
- Passes may be purchased online during staffed beach hours (10:00 AM – 6:00 PM) or in person at the Recreation Department office located in the Lancaster Community Center.
- Early Morning Season Passes purchased on or after June 20, 2026, must be picked up at the beach.
- Please bring a copy of your purchase receipt (printed or electronic) when picking up your pass.
- Use of the beach during Early Morning Pass hours will be monitored by the Lancaster Recreation Department and the Lancaster Police Department.
- All beach rules and regulations remain in effect during Early Morning Pass hours.
Daily Beach Passes (10:00 AM – 8:00 PM)
- Daily passes must be purchased online and are valid for 24 hours from the time of purchase.
- Upon arrival, you must show your receipt (printed or electronic) to the parking attendant.
- If you are unable to provide proof of purchase, you will not be permitted entry and will be required to purchase a new daily pass.
Free Resident Passes
Lancaster residents age 60+ and Lancaster veterans are eligible to receive a FREE season beach pass.
To obtain your pass, visit the Recreation Department office (located on the lower level of the Lancaster Community Center) and provide proof of age or veteran status.
Please note: Out-of-town seniors are charged the standard non-resident rate.
Important Reminder
All vehicles entering the beach property must display a valid pass and park within the designated gated parking area. Beach rules and regulations apply to all visitors and pass holders.
